We are happy to provide you with the room for longer, subject to availability and for an additional charge. In order to avoid potential waiting times on departure, we recommend settling your bill at Reception by 10 pm the night before.
Children

Dogs
Dogs are welcome, but are only allowed upon request. Guests will be charged with EUR 39.00 per dog, per day, with a limit of two dogs per room. We are glad to provide a blanket, bowl, and waste bags. We kindly ask you to please clean up after your dog in the garden and park. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining rooms. Thank you.

Housekeeping
Your room is serviced daily by 3 pm. In the interest of the environment towels are changed every second day, bed linen every third day. If you would like us to change your towels please place them on the floor, towels on racks will not be replaced. To ensure distancing during Corona, please inform Reception (Tel 2000 / WhatsApp +43 660 83 98 315) about your preferred cleaning time.
Internet
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the Meierhof and Schloss. Please connect to “Hotel Wifi” and contact Reception (Tel 2000 / WhatsApp +43 660 83 98 315) for a password.
Ironing
An ironing station with a board and iron is located on the second floor of the Meierhof, next to room 230. In the Schloss all suites are equipped with an ironing board and iron.
Jogging
Jogging Maps with different routes are available next to Reception.
Kettle
Schloss Suites and Meierhof Superior and Premium Rooms are equipped with kettles. We apologize that kettles are not available in any of the other room categories.
Keys
When you check in, you will receive a key card for your room. If this is not returned when you check out, we will charge EUR 5.00 per card.
Lake
There is a path around the lake (approx. 2 km, 25 minutes walking). To walk around please turn left after exiting the Schloss gate and turn left again after 50 meters. Follow the street and merge into the path around the lake. The path is also perfect for running and jogging.
Laundry
A laundry bag and price list are placed in your closet for your convenience. Please drop off your laundry at Reception prior to 9 am. Standard laundry service takes 36 hours. Express laundry service will return your laundry the same day. We apologize that weekend and holiday service is not available.
Library
As our guest you are welcome to take explore the world-famous Max Reinhardt Library, located on the first floor of the Schloss. In addition, you can find a variety of magazines and newspapers in the Meierhof Lobby.
Lost Property
We keep lost and found items that appear to be of value for a month. These will then be handed over to the responsible authorities as lost property in accordance with Section 390 ABGB. Objects that are obviously worthless and used hygiene products will be disposed of immediately. Forgotten items will only be sent at the guest's request and at their own expense and risk.
Luggage Storage
Before you check in and after you check out, you can store your luggage at Reception.
Mail Service
Personal incoming mail and messages are received at Reception. Outgoing mail may be dropped off at Reception at any time.

Smoke Detectors
For your safety, smoke detectors are in all guest rooms and hallways. In case of a fire alarm please leave the building immediately by following the safety instructions posted on your guest room door and assemble outside, in front of the Meierhof.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Meierhof and the Schloss. This includes all rooms and suites. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of EUR 200.00 per room, per day.

Swimming Pool
The Leopoldskroner Freibad, an outdoor swimming pool is located just next to the Schloss. It is open from the middle of May until the end of September, 9 am to 7 pm. As a guest of Hotel Schloss Leopoldskron, you have complimentary access to the swimming pool. Please contact Reception (Tel 2000 / WhatsApp +43 660 83 98 315) to collect your entrance ticket and bath towel.
