After World War II, the "Marshall Plan for the Mind" was developed here by the founders of Salzburg Global Seminar. Thus, the tradition began to host exclusive conferences, presidential summits, workshops, and leadership seminars. The Schloss and Meierhof perfectly combine historic ambiance, a stunning setting, and modern technology.

Fellows Hall
Fully renovated and equipped with state-of-the-art technology and lighting as well as high end furniture in 2020, Fellows Hall, located in the Meierhof, features a generous layout (1750 sq ft) with two bright window fronts and a lake facing balcony for creative breaks. It is ideal for exhibitions, seminars, conferences and larger events and offers a variety of flexible seating options. Fellows Hall was awarded the prestigious BIG SEE Interior Design Award in 2021.

Gallery
Completely renovated in 2021 and fully accessible again for the first time in the history of the palace since Laktanz Count Firmian, this unique room on the third floor of the palace offers state-of-the-art technology and a majestic view of Hohensalzburg Fortress as well as the Leopoldskron lake and Untersberg. Thanks to modern seminar furniture, the Gallery offers a wide variety of seating options, but is also ideally suited – nomen est omen – as a gallery and exhibition space. Right next door, the Gallery Lounge offers a relaxed setting for coffee breaks and informal talks.

Seminar Rooms
Three recently renovated Seminar Rooms are located on the second floor of the Schloss and are perfect for working groups, break out sessions, or small workshops and meetings in a variety of seating options. Equipped with modern furniture and an 85-inch-TV screen, each room also features plenty of natural daylight and an elegant atmosphere. The Seminar Room Lounge can be used as an art exhibition space and offers a pleasant atmosphere for coffee breaks.
