TreeTime is a quiet, poetic invitation to reflect on our relationship with nature and with one another. Through gentle prompts and conversation, the project encourages visitors to consider the future we share with all living things and the role of empathy in collective action.
Created during a 2022 residency by Salzburg Global Fellow Amanda Lovelee and collaborator Emily Stover of civic design studio Plus/And, TreeTime is installed throughout the Schloss grounds. Engagement takes many forms: an artist-designed book available to guests and Fellows, discreet bronze plaques in the park, and a map identifying each interactive tree.
Responses gathered through the project contribute to an evolving vision of a shared future.
