Schloss Leopoldskron was owned in the 18th century by the archbishop’s nephew Count Laktanz, who used the spacious room as a portrait gallery for his collection of fine paintings, including works by famous artists such as Rembrandt, Titian, Rubens and Poussin. Currently, a number of photographs from the time of Max Reinhardt decorate the walls.
